Aspect: Arrant Pyromancer

Choosing this aspect will render the Adept as the classic mage, fully devoted to the element of fire. The very nature of these studies is a burning aggression, leading to a predominantly offensive style. Executing the art of fire magic allows for a wide flexibility in which the spells can easily be individually adapted.

 

Ancestral Fireball
The classic spell favored by novices and masters alike. However, variations allow the fireball to be customized and wielded as a succession of blazing rapid fire spheres, or it could become a large, explosive fire-and-forget projectile.

Greek Fire: Increases the chance that the hit opponent will burn.
Explosion: Fireballs inflict area of effect damage on nearby opponents.
Fusillade: Conjures an additional fireball. Overall damage will be increase but divided between the fireballs.
Globe: The fireball increases in power and inflicts more damage.
Fusillade: Conjures an additional fireball. Overall damage will be increase but divided between the fireballs.
Hot Pursuit: Fireballs will follow their targets.
Blazing Tempest
A tempestual wave of fire is sent forth in the desired direction.

Scorch: Inflicts more damage upon impact.
Ignite: Increases the speed the fire wave spreads at.
Spell Flow: Significantly decreases the regeneration time of Blazing Tempest.
Conflagration: Sets targets ablaze.
Fright: Chance that targeted opponents will flee.
Ambition: Increases chance to land critical hits.
Fire Demon (Buff)
Conjures a fire demon which enhances the effectiveness of the High Elf's Arrant Pyromancer combat arts. The demon is also able to cast Incandescent Skin and attack opponents with fireballs.

Puissance: Increases the level of the conjured demon.
Renewal: Increases the hitpoint regeneration of the demon.
Enliven: The demon reduces the cast time of spells. (it's own spells)
Ward: Reduces the impact and duration of incoming weakening effects on the High Elf.
Modesty: Greatly reduces combat art regeneration time penalty for the High Elf while the demon is present.
Puissance: Increases the level of the conjured demon.
Incandescent Skin (Buff)
The High Elf focuses on the ultimate control over all fire. She will become practically immune to burns and she will even be able to ignite incoming arrows while they are still in flight. It also inflicts short range damage and the Arrant Pyromancer aspect is increased for the duration of this art.

Inferno: Increases the chance to set fire to opponents when they sustain fire damage.
Combusting Arrows: Chance that arrows may burn before inflicting damage to the High Elf.
Energy Focus: Decreases the regeneration time of the aspect Arrant Pyromancer.
Revenge: Chance to reflect close combat damage the High Elf receives.
Arrant Pyromancer Expertise: Further decreases the regeneration time of the aspect Arrant Pyromancer.
Fiery Ardor: Additionally increases fire damage.
Incendiary Shower
A devastating shower of meteors will rain down on the enemies in the target area and smash them to the ground. It will be possible to enhance this spell to include a huge meteor that will inflict heavy damage upon impact.

Skull Smash: Adds chance for meteors to stun targets.
Magma Rain: Increases the fire damage of meteors.
Continuance: Prolongs the duration of Incendiary Shower.
Smoldering Boulder: Increases the physical damage of meteors.
Devastation: Increases the chance to land critical hits.
Copious Shower: The meteors rain down faster and with shortens intervals.

Aspect: Mystic Stormite

This art of magic is the opposite of fire magic. It is much more defensive, although even a storm magician is able to weave some powerful attack spells.

 

Cascading Shroud
This spell casts a veil of invisibility around the High Elf. Her body becomes almost invulnerable, with normal weapons and arrows simply passing through the shroud instead of inflicting damage.

Faint: Reduces the probability of being struck by weapons.
Mist: Additionally reduces physical damage.
Intangible: Chance to fully resist root effects.
Inconspicuous: Reduces the chance to be detected by opponents.
Steam: Reduces the vulnerability to fire effects.
Facileness: Increases run speed while Shroud is active.
Crystal Skin (Buff)
Improves armor rating and resistance against magic. Crystal skin cannot be used in conjunction with Incandescent Skin.

Freeze: Slows movement of enemies in close combat range.
Glacial Mirror: Increases the chance to reflect incoming detrimental magical effects.
Feel Cold: Reduces target's ice resistance.
Focalize: Increases the spell intensity for the aspect Mystic Stormite combat arts.
Mystic Stormite Expertise: Decreases regeneration time for the Mystic Stormite aspect.
Frosty Breeze: Additionally increases ice damage.
Frost Flare
A powerful frost blast is directed towards an opponent inflicting damage over time while temporarily decreasing the target's movement rate.

Spell Flow: Significantly reduces the regeneration time of  Frost Flare.
Freeze: Further reduces the targets movement rate.
Constraint: Lowers the target's chance to hit.
Frost: Additionally increases the ice damage over time.
Icy Circle: Freezes opponents within a significantly larger area around the target.
Perpetuity: Increases the duration of the freezing effects.
Glacial Thorns
The origins of this spell are unknown, yet it has existed in spell books for as long as anyone can remember. The High Elf Adept commands thorn-like splinters of ice and hurls them towards her enemy. A mere wave of her hand will either bundle the splinters into one burst or turn the burst of icicles into a nova blasting out in a circle with her in the center.

Fusillade: Increases the number of frozen thorns.
Frost: Increases the damage inflicted by each frozen thorn.
Devastation: Increases chance to land critical hits.
Pierce: Chance that thorns will continue to spear forward after hitting an opponent.
Fusillade: Increases the number of frozen thorns.
Pierce: Chance that thorns will continue to spear forward after hitting an opponent.
Raging Nimbus
The High Elf is able to control the clouds and bring forth a devastating tempest. Weakened opponents in the area will be struck down by lightning. A raging blizzard sweeps across the target area inflicting damage to all it touches.

Hurricane: Lightning strikes more frequently.
Wrath: Ice damage from lightning is increased.
Momentum: Further decreases the movement speed of opponents caught in blizzard.
Roar: Reduces target's attack value.
Cyclone: Increases the duration of the blizzard.
Extended Nimbus: Increases radius of Raging Nimbus.

Aspect: Delphic Arcania

This aspect comprises many powerful and effective spells. A High Elf proficient in the study of the Arcane Illusionist wields magic that will assist and protect, equipping the mage for confrontations in melee combat.

 

Cobalt Strike
A powerful streak of lightening hits the opponent inflicting heavy magic damage. T-Energy beings will additionally suffer from damage over time.

Heavy Damage: Increases direct damage output.
Chain Reaction: 80% chance that the lighting will hit an additional opponent.
Electrify: Increases the chance to reduce enemy attributes.
Chain Reaction: 80% chance that the lighting will hit an additional opponent.
Explosion: Damages additional opponents in the vicinity of the target.
Critical: Increases chance to land critical hits.
Expulse Magic
The High Elf has the power to dispel the magic of others. She is able to instantly remove any magical enhancement from the weapons of her opponents.

Strength: Increases banishing potential but maintains the same effective radius.
Expansion: Increases the effective radius but maintains the banishing potential.
Pentagram: Reduces duration and impact of incoming weakening effects.
Banish Dead: Damages undead creatures within the area of effect.
Protection: Chance to block direct magical damage.
Banish Creation: Damages T-Energy creatures within the area of effect.
Grand Invigoration (Buff)
While active, hitpoints and spells will regenerate at an increased rate.

Arrant Pyromancer Expertise: Decreases regeneration time for the Arrant Pyromancer aspect.
Mystic Stormite Expertise: Decreases regeneration time for the Mystic Stormite aspect.
Replenish: Further decreases the regeneration time of spells.
Life Energy: Additional increases the hitpoint regeneration rate.
Resilience: Reduces duration and impact of incoming detrimental effects.
Fleetness: Increases run speed while Grand Invigoration is active.
Magic Coup
The High Elf is able to enchant a weapon in such way that its damage is turned into magical damage. Such a blow cannot be evaded and there is a possibility that it may hit several opponents in the close vicinity.

Target Focus: Increases chance that target can't evade or parry.
Heavy Damage: Increases direct damage output.
Life Leech: leeches life from the targets and adds it to the caster's life.
Steal Mana: Steals combat art energy from target.
Critical: Increases chance to land critical hits.
Stray Damage: Adds a chance to also hit nearby targets.
Shadow Step
With this spell the High Elf can teleport to any location within her line of sight. She will even be able to render herself invisible or invulnerable after the teleport making this spell a valuable strategic asset.

Phase Shift: Decreases the regeneration time of Shadow Step.
Escape: Chance to break all rooting effects when teleporting.
Vanish: Remain invisible for a few seconds after teleporting.
Sanctuary: Invulnerable for a brief period after teleporting.
Explosion: Damages opponents in the vicinity of the High Elf when teleporting.
Mend: Heals the caster during teleport.
