Speak to Shareefa:

Shareefa will open a portal that leads to the Oasis of Ahil-Tar:

From there go South to Khorad-Nur, where you will find that the gate is blocked by an Orc guard. Talking to him will begin the Side Quest The Camp of the Undead. If you choose to Accept the quest he will unlock the gate for you once the quest is completed, or you can Reject the quest and kill him to get inside yourself. For more information on this Side Quest go here.

Either way your next destination is inside Khorad-Nur as shown below:

Speak to the Orc who is standing below the Main Portal:

The Orc Shaman will drop a Demon Horn on the ground:
