The Soul of the Demon:

When the Demon dies it will turn The Golden Heart of Ancaria into Ancaria's Impure Heart, remove it from the stand by clicking on it:

Leave the cave and return to the Castle by using the portal that appears:

Enter the Castle and click on Shareefa, who will transform into Shaddar and steal the Heart of Ancaria from you:

Speak to Shaddar:

Valor will die and Shaddar will teleport away with Vilya!
