Lareniar:

Go North to the location marked by the yellow Quest Flag:

Here you will find a man standing by the bridge:

Find a Glorb (they are all over the whole area, any kind will do) and kill it:

When it dies it will drop it's meat:

Once you have picked up the Glorb Meat Lareniar will turn into a merchant:
