When it is safe speak to Prutuk who is standing in a cage:

You have a choice, if you click Accept than Prutuk will join your party. If you click Reject you'll go on alone. Either choice makes no difference to the plot line and he spends his whole time drinking booze from the bottle in his hand so stinks at fighting, therefore I would choose Reject.
