The Dryads:

You will now be in the Dryad Forest,  go to the following location :

The location marked is actually in the rear of a cave which has three entrances, they are at the following locations:

Enter the cave by any entrance you want and make your way to the location marked below:

Enter the second level of the cave:

At the end of the cave is a demon:

When it is dead you will have the Key appear in your Quest Item Log:

Leave the cave and return to Lareniar:

After you have spoken to him he will turn into a merchant:
