Act V- Underworld

Hell's Blacksmith:

Go North to this location:

Speak to the Blacksmith:

You have a choice... If you click Accept you will need to go fetch the Eternal Flame. If you click Reject you will have to fight Neophystis.

If you chose Accept:

Go to this location:

Enter the cave (for some reason half the cave won't clear on the mini-map):

In the rear of the cave is the Everlasting Flame:

Bring it to Neophystis:

He will drop the Gem of Light on the ground:

If you chose Reject:

Neophystis will attack you right away:

When he dies he will drop the Gem of Light:
