Ghost Cave

 

The Ghost Cave can be found South of Highmarsh at the X:

   

Take the small portal platform to enter the "cave", you will end up at another portal on the East end:

The "cave" is really a clearing in the trees, it looks like this:

If you walk all the way to the Western side you will find another portal platform that will bring you back to the original location South of Highmarsh, this also re-spawns the monsters so that you can have another go at them:

The Ghost Cave is filled with a variety of ghosts, they give pretty good experience and can drop some good items, mostly jewelry though:
