This quest starts with an alien who is in the last room on the Eastern side of the Fort, to reach the Fort cross the Ritual Site and enter the cave North of the gallows.:

Go to the room just above of where Zatack is:

There you will find a Dragonian Spellweaver:

When it is safe the Banishment Spell will be laying on the ground inside the small room:

Bring it back to Zatack for your reward:
