Bellevue Side Quests

Where is the Blacksmith?:

This quest starts off with a man standing by the well in the Northern part of Bellevue:

Go to the Southern part of town:

The Blacksmith's wife Angela is by the Blacksmith's workshop:

The Stone Circle just East of the Bellevue Abbey:

When you approach the area you will find Michel being attacked by a group of Goblins and a Wolf:

Kill all the enemies and Michel will be able to speak to you:

And it still isn't over... now you need to head West to the following location:

There you will find a small group of Goblins, lead by a unique Goblin:

Grazagh will drop the Unfinished Prototype of a Sword when you kill him:

Bring it back to  Michel who is now at his shop (where you found his wife):

He will turn into a useable blacksmith and he will reward you with the Hack sword (shown below is the Niob version):
