There you will find the Sneezeweed laying on the ground (for some reason it doesn't appear in either your inventory or your Quest Item Log.... but trust me it will count if you clicked on it):

There will also be plenty of Scorpions in this area:

When each Scorpion dies it will drop its Stinger:

When you have all 6 Scorpion Stingers and the Sneezeweed return to Ratzanja for your reward:
