This quest starts with a man who is standing just above the town well:

You have to bring the nobleman and his bodyguard all the way to Porto Vallum, which is kinda hard to do because they die so easily. But I have found an easy way to get them there alive almost every time with no problem. Instead of walking West to Porto Vallum, go East and take the portal that is on the plateau just above the Arena. This will bring you just under the Bellevue main portal. So take the Bellevue portal directly to Porto Vallum (just make sure you have gone to Porto Vallum on your own first to get the portal), This way you encounter very few enemies. They get dropped off just to the right of the portal, on the bridge:
