Amigos help please,

I have a problem with my sound system, it has an echo that never seems to go away. Can someone please tell me what could be the problem and how to solve it.

Thank you for sharing your time and helping to resolve my ignorance.

We require a little bit of information:

1.) What is the sound card on the computer?
2.) What is the sound software that produces the echo?
3.) Does other software also produce the echo?
4.) What is the make, model of the computer?
5.) What type of sound system is it? 2.1 5.1 6.1 8.1

There is generally two different issues here.
1.) The program you are using is set to use effects.
2.) The sound card software is set to use effects.
