Install Adobe Files?

Cannot open a pdf attachment in E-mail. Downloads OK and sign reads: All downloads complete. You may have files that need installing located in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat7.0. How do I determine which ones need installing and how to install? Sincerely,

Finally got it to work. Found out I had to choose Adobe download manager program to open file. How would I know that other than trial? Thanks Krank. Good to see ya.
