This quest starts off with a boy in a cave South of the Arena:

As you approach the cave you will be attacked by a unique Witch:

Once she is dead enter the cave:

Go inside an talk to the Jonas:

All you have to do is bring him back to his mother who is North of the cave (she will reward you):
