It begins East of Bravewall at the following location, marked by the X ( to spawn the NPC you must walk through the main entrance of Bravewall):

Speak to the dark elf woman standing on the path:

Valoria will join your party, follow the path to the clearing marked below:

In the clearing are four unique Sakkara Priests and a unique Wyvern:

When they are all dead Valoria will be available to reward you:
