You need to go Northwest to this cave:

Go through the cave and out the rear exit:

On this small plateau you will find Bhaeste'an:

He will drop the Antidote when he dies:

Bring the Antidote back to Daniellus:

He will lead you into the building behind him where you speak with the General for your reward:
