This quest starts off with a woman who is standing on the other side of the small bridge into the Southeastern part of town:

Go North a small distance within that area of town:

Their you will find Captain Pigface and his goons (which are just a variety of normal soldiers):

When Captain Pigface dies his head will drop on the ground:

Bring it back to Leah for your reward:
