Toothpick for a Dragon:

This quest starts with Princess Lara who is now with Loromir:

Go East to this location:

Enter the cave:

In the Western corner of the cave you will find Suna'due-Eel:

When it dies it will drop an Enormous Diamond:

Now you need to bring the Diamond to this location:

Speak with the blacksmith there:

You will now have the Drakonian Toothpick in your Quest Item Log:

Bring it back to Princess Lara for your reward:
