Florentina and the Thieves:

This quest starts with a soldier who is in the tavern:

 

The quest flag will direct you to this location but you can find thieves anywhere in the area so feel free to kill them off while doing other quests:

         

When you have killed 10 Thieves return to Harun for your reward:
