A Dish Eaten Cold:

This quest starts with a woman who is standing outside of her house just to the East of town:

Go North to this location (you may also want to Accept Mother's Powder Container before you go since their locations are right next to each other):

Go inside the cave you find there:

At the very end of the cave you will find Wyn'gar, so kill him:

When he dies his head will drop on the ground:

Bring it to Rutia for your reward:
