The Missing Pet:

This quest starts with a child who is standing inside the Southeaster most house just before the river (note that children don't have a white dot to mark them on the mini-map):

Once you accept this quest a red exclamation point will appear over the little girl's head and she will say:

You will find her rabbit a short distance away at this location:

Click on the rabbit:

Cuddles will now follow you back to the little girl for your reward:
