This quest starts just outside of the Purgatori wall, at the X:

They are again a short distance from a cave, but this time there are only two of them, you will speak to Sine Corde:

Go inside the cave:

This cave is full of Insect Larva and some Giant Armored Louses, the Insect Larva Queen is marked by the Quest Flag above:

When the Insect Larva Queen is dead return to Sine Corde for your reward:

Speak to him again to begin the next quest in the series...
