She directs you to the large house above her:

Go inside and into the cellar:

In the room marked above you will find a unique mage and the thief:

When Sir Olgman dies he will drop the key to the treasure room:

The treasure room is here:

In it you will find some Cursed Treasure and the Elven Art Object:

Bring the Art Object back to Maegalinor for your reward:
