Jacquaire's Battle Uniform:

As he told you in Mascarell, Jacquaire can be found in Braverock:

You will find Jacquaire inside the tavern:

Go Northeast to the thieves' quarter:

Speak to the thief:

He will now attack you along with a small group of his goons:

When his life bar reaches the end he will stop fighting and be available to speak again:

He will drop the weapon for you which will go into your inventory:

From here there will no longer be a Quest Flag to direct you, but he has told you where he sold the other items, they can be done in any order.

The market trader is located here:

Speak to him:

He will drop the armor and helmet if you agree to pay him 800 gold:

The fence is located here:

Speak to him:

He will now attack you:

When he dies he will drop the shield:

Bring all the items back to Jacquaire for your reward (or if you like the items and don't care about completing the quests keep them):
