Speak to Valor:

Valor will open a portal and they will all join your party:

The portal will bring you to the entrance of the tavern, go North through Braverock to the Castle:

On the way to the Castle kill any DeMordreyan soldiers you come across, then enter the Castle and kill DeMordrey:

When DeMordrey is dead speak to Valor:
