Go North through this very large cave to the location marked below:

Take the stairs into the second level:

Go North through the second level and take the stairs at the end to enter the third level:

Here Shareefa will insert all the Elements into the Forge:

This will create The Golden Heart of Ancaria, click on it to take it:
