Side Quests can usually be done in any order, but most of the quests
on Pirate Island are given by the same two NPCs and must be done in the order they are given:

Jab is preparing a crab cocktail but is lacking the crab, bring him twelve hatchet crab legs. |

Pick up Sebastian's instruments from the pawn broker. |

Rum for the Binge |
Sebastian is setting up a binge, fetch him a barrel of the finest rum you can find. |

Collect Sebastian's friends for the binge. |
