Side Quests can be done in any order, here they are alphabetically (except for a few that are tied in to one another and must be done in order):

Farmer's First Prank	Thomas, the friendly farmer has a business proposition for you.
Free the Slaves	Free the slaves from the Mohkvas.
Insect Larva	Valuable Giblets/Battle of Power Series- Part 3
Localization Spell	Znarf needs the ingredients to cast a localization spell, bring him ten Nuk-Nuk bones and five skull ripper hearts.
Never Trust a Demon	Batle of Powers Series- Part 4
Joint Quests:
Cookies for the Marquis	The cookie girl's mother would like to attend one of the Marquis' festivities, but she needs a special gift. Get the master baker to give you some of his best cookies.
A Demon Called Mirkon	An evil demon raided the bakery and stole a very special spice, kill Mirkon and retrieve the spice for the baker.
Mirkon	A potion turned Mirkon into a demon, get the antidote from the alchemist.

Purgatori is pretty large so it will take multiple shots to show you where all the quests begin.
