Side Quests can be done in any order, here they are alphabetically:

Death to the Ogre Referee	Take action against the ogre referee Os' Dhrag, who has been manipulating matches.
Dragon Egg	A rare dragon egg for sale?!
Eldritch Apparitions	Go outside the gates of Mystdale castle and destroy twenty fading spirits.
Finding Fyren	The animagus' pet Fyren has slipped away, find him and bring him home.
Jacquaire's Revenge	The Unknown Warrior Series- Part 3
Lost Experimental Beings	Four of Ragnar's highly dangerous laboratory animals have escaped and must be killed, bring him back their brains for autopsy.
Rabbit Plague Phobia	Rid the merchant's shop of rabbits.
Regentium Silver Blossom	Collect some silver blossom from the foot of the old ruins outside the castle.
Wrong Choice of Words	Fumblefan accidentally used the wrong words in his conjuration, kill the creature before it can wreak more havoc.

Mystdale is a very large town so it will take multiple shots to show where all the quests start.
